VibePreneurs Limited wants you to subscribe to Autolee HR with confidence. This Refund Policy sets out when and how you may request a refund.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid Autolee HR subscription, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original order date. The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of monthly and annual plans. For renewal charges, a pro-rated refund may be granted if requested within fourteen (14) days of the renewal date, provided the subscription has not been used substantively during that period.
2. How to request a refund
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To submit a refund request, please either:
- visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- email contact@vibe-preneurs.com and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on your bank.
3. Free trial
The fourteen (14) day free trial requires no credit card. No charge will be made unless you explicitly start a paid subscription at the end of the trial.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing area. Following cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account becomes read-only. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — please follow the process above to request one where eligible.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or material breach of our Terms of Service. Any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law are not affected by this policy.
